Master of Science in Clinical Psychology

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas

Being a witness to growth and transformation in my clients is something I truly cherish and draw inspiration from. I enjoy helping people set goals, restore relationships, and find ways to flourish in their day to day lives as they pursue healing and wholeness.

As a bilingual licensed professional counselor serving the Dallas community, I offer therapy in English and Spanish. I earned a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology in 2015 from The Institute for the Psychological Sciences in Arlington, Virginia.

I’ve worked with adults, children, adolescents, and couples, helping them work through relationship issues, manage and overcome anxiety and depression, and heal from trauma.

I truly believe that taking the step to begin counseling is one of the best gifts a person can give to themselves and those they love, because therapy causes a ripple effect felt by all those around us.

I consider it an honor every time I am able to accompany a client on the journey as we explore all the parts that make them unique, heal past wounds, build skills, change patterns, and find ways for them to achieve their goals. También hablo español.

About me:

I love taking walks with my family and discovering something new about them each day. I enjoy reading a great story, especially if it’s based on true life. I love finding new recipes and trying something new in the kitchen. I love spending time immersed in beauty, whether it’s the natural beauty of the outdoors (especially the seashore), or the creative beauty of art museums or musical or theatrical performances.

“We cultivate love when we allow our most vulnerable and powerful selves to be deeply seen and known, and when we honor the spiritual connection that grows from that offering with trust, respect, kindness, and affection.”
