My favorite thing about what I do is accompanying people on the journey toward healing wounds, building skills, changing patterns, and finding ways for them to achieve their goals. My specialties include relationship issues, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and self-injurious behavior.
Fredericka Vyvlecka, PhD

I have had a heart for the counseling profession since a young age. My first memory of being called to this profession was when I was 6 years old and I asked my family for “feedback”. Then, at the age of 19, I felt a much stronger calling and changed my entire college degree plan to make it happen! I am honored to be a part of a person’s journey toward healing and virtue. My specialties include substance use disorders, eating disorders, trauma, mood disorders, communication, and relationship issues. I also provide supervision to LPC-Associates in Texas.
